How to Purchase
- Customers can order by filling up the order form here. Currently, only a maximum of 3 items are available for one order form. Customers is considered to agree on Nini House's terms and conditions when placing an order.
- It is important that customers provide us real shipping address, contact numbers, and e-mail as these information will be used to ensure a successful delivery. Please rest assured as we are committed to ensure no other party to intercept the private information that you shall provide us.
- Once we have received an order, an invoice will be sent to customer's email within 1-2 working days. The invoice will include all relevant information (e.g. order ID, totalled amount, payment method, and shipping information) to be confirmed.
- Kindly make a one-time full payment upon the totalled amount in the invoice. *Please scroll down to view the payment method available*
- The ordered items will be delivered within 1-2 workings days after the full payment has been made.
Terms and Conditions
- Customers considered agree to Nini House's terms and conditions when placing an order.
- All goods sold are non-returnable, and non-exchangeable.
- Full one-time payment must be made within 14 days of order confirmation. Otherwise, orders will be cancelled without further notification.
- Refunds, or cancellations are not allowed/entertained once a payment has been made.
- Price shown are not inclusive of shipping fee. Shipping fees will be bore by buyers
- We are not responsible for any delayed shipping, losses, or damage on item during shipping.
- There is no guarantee that the products sold will match percisely to the image displayed on our website (e.g. in terms of colour, quality, size, and etc). The difference between the actual product and the displayed image may due to several factors such as monitor settings, and lighting conditions. In addition, do note that some of Nini House's products are handmade. Therefore, slight differences between displayed image is to be expected.
- The content of terms and conditions may be change, move or delete at any time. Please note that we have the rights to change the contents of the terms and conditions without any notice.
